To provide our autonomous posting, commenting, and analytics services, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account Credentials: Basic registration details including your name, email address, and company info.
  • OAuth Tokens & API Keys: Temporary and persistent secure access tokens (Facebook Page Access Tokens, YouTube/Google OAuth tokens) that you authorize to allow our VPS to publish posts and read comments on your behalf.
  • Interaction Logs: Inbound comment messages and direct messages from your linked social media pages, which are processed by our system to generate replies.
  • Usage & Performance Analytics: Page stats, views, likes, and comment rates gathered to show performance metrics on your dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is utilized strictly to run and improve your automation workflows:

  • To run backend polling crons and webhooks that monitor and reply to comments in real-time.
  • To construct specialized AI prompts based on your selected brand voice and post context.
  • To query the Anthropic API (Claude) securely to generate intelligent, human-sounding replies.
  • To compile aggregate statistics for your admin panel.

4. Data Security & Encryption

We prioritize the safety of your connected accounts. All OAuth refresh tokens and credentials are stored securely on our isolated PostgreSQL database behind strict system firewalls. We utilize authenticated TLS encryption for all transit requests. We will never sell, lease, or share your access tokens or personal data with any third-party marketing companies.

5. Third-Party API Integrations

Our software operates by integrating with third-party APIs. By using our service, you also agree to be bound by their respective privacy terms:

  • Google & YouTube API Services: We connect via the official YouTube Data API. We strictly follow Google API Services User Data Policies.
  • Meta Graph API: We connect to Facebook and Instagram pages via Meta's official Graph API developer endpoints.
  • Anthropic API: We pass comments to Anthropic's Claude models for reply generation under secure enterprise privacy guidelines (your data is not used to train models).

6. Data Deletion & Revocation

You maintain full ownership of your data. You can disconnect your pages or deactivate your account at any time. Upon deactivation, all stored OAuth tokens, connection keys, and logs are permanently wiped from our databases immediately, revoking all VPS permissions to your channels.
