Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LinkedinAI is operated by iAgentice (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for account and billing data, and — on cloud plans only — for the workspace data described below. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

Account data

• Your name, email address, hashed password, and workspace membership.
• Authentication events (sign-in times, IP address, user agent) for security.
• Billing details. Card data is handled by our payment processor and never reaches our servers.

Workspace data

• LinkedIn profile data you collect or import: names, headlines, companies, profile URLs, and other publicly visible profile fields.
• Message content — drafts, sent messages, and replies from your conversations.
• Your Business Brain content: whatever you upload, paste, or point us at for scraping.
• Campaign configuration, action logs, agent reasoning traces, and token usage.

LinkedIn session credentials

To act on your behalf, the app holds an authenticated LinkedIn browser session. On the desktop app this session lives in a browser profile directory on your own disk and is never transmitted to us. On cloud plans it is stored encrypted at rest and used only to operate the browser assigned to your account.

Product analytics

We record aggregate feature usage and error reports to fix bugs and prioritise work. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Third parties who process your data

• Anthropic — message drafts, profile summaries, and Business Brain excerpts are sent to the Claude API to generate agent output. If you supply your own API key, that traffic runs under your own Anthropic account and terms. The same applies to OpenAI or a custom endpoint if you configure one instead.
• Our hosting and database providers — for cloud workspaces, storing the data above.
• Our payment processor — subscription billing.
• Email delivery — transactional email such as sign-in and billing notices.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising or profiling by anyone else.

4. Third-party data — the people you contact

When you collect LinkedIn profiles, you are processing other people's personal data, and for that data you are the controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them, for honouring objections and unsubscribe requests, and for complying with the marketing and privacy law that applies where they live. We help by enforcing a workspace-wide never-contact blocklist and by classifying opt-out replies automatically — but the legal responsibility is yours.

5. Retention

• Account data: kept while your account is open, then 90 days after closure.
• Cloud workspace data: kept while your subscription is active. After cancellation it is retained for 30 days so you can export it, then deleted.
• Audit and action logs: retained 12 months, because they exist to answer “what did this system actually do” after the fact.
• Billing records: retained as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.
• Desktop data: entirely under your control. Uninstalling removes the app; deleting its data directory removes the data.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Under UK/EU GDPR you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents may request disclosure and deletion and opt out of any sale or sharing — we do neither.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it and is logged. LinkedIn session credentials on cloud plans are encrypted with per-workspace keys. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and any required regulator without undue delay.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, those transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

9. Children

LinkedinAI is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

If we make a material change we will email account holders and update the date at the top of this page before it takes effect.
