Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-07-26
1. Agreement
These terms form a contract between you (or the company you represent) and iAgentice covering LinkedinAI — the web application, the desktop application, and related services. By creating an account or installing the desktop app you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. LinkedIn account risk — read this one
LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits automated access to its platform. LinkedinAI automates LinkedIn. Using it therefore breaches your agreement with LinkedIn and may result in your account being rate-limited, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned, and in LinkedIn taking other action against you.
We build in conservative action caps, randomised human-like pacing, working-hours windows, a warmup ramp, and per-account browser isolation to reduce that risk. None of this eliminates it, and we make no guarantee whatsoever about the safety or continued availability of any LinkedIn account you connect.
You accept this risk knowingly and entirely. We are not liable for any loss of a LinkedIn account, connections, message history, reputation, pipeline, or revenue arising from it. Live sending ships disabled; enabling it is a decision you make with these facts in front of you. If your LinkedIn account is business-critical and irreplaceable, do not automate it.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by teammates you invite and by agents you set to full autonomy.
- Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if they are compromised.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use LinkedinAI to:
- Send messages that are unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, threatening, or discriminatory.
- Impersonate another person or organisation, or operate accounts under a false identity.
- Run indiscriminate bulk outreach with no genuine relevance to the recipient, or continue contacting anyone who has asked you to stop.
- Promote fraud, pyramid or MLM recruitment, unregistered securities or crypto offerings, or anything else you would not put your own name to.
- Scrape or resell LinkedIn data beyond your own outreach use, or build a competing dataset or product from it.
- Circumvent, disable, or attempt to raise the guardrails, rate limits, or approval gates — including by tampering with the desktop binary.
- Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
- Process personal data without a lawful basis, or in breach of applicable privacy and marketing law.
We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of this section, and for a serious breach we may do so immediately and without refund.
5. AI-generated content
Agents draft messages using a large language model. Model output can be wrong, off-tone, or inappropriate for a given recipient. Autonomy settings exist so you can decide how much you review — and if you choose full autonomy, you are choosing to send messages you have not read. You remain the sender and the author of record for everything your workspace sends. Review your Business Brain content, since agents ground their claims in it.
6. Licence
While your subscription is current, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service and to install the desktop app on machines you control, for your own business use. We retain all intellectual property in the software. You retain all rights in your own content — your Business Brain, your lead data, and your messages. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.
7. Fees, trials, and refunds
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Free trials on cloud plans convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
- Cancel any time from Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period; we don't pro-rate partial months.
- Fees are exclusive of tax. Where we're required to collect VAT or sales tax, it is added at checkout.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
- Model usage included in cloud plans is subject to fair use. If your workspace consumes model capacity far beyond the plan's intent we will contact you before taking any action.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not offer an SLA on self-serve plans. The service depends on third parties — LinkedIn, model providers, hosting — and can be interrupted by their changes or outages. LinkedIn actively changes its site to break automation; features may stop working with no notice, and we may have to remove functionality to keep the product safe or lawful.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that agent output will be accurate or suitable, that any LinkedIn account will remain in good standing, or that you will generate any particular volume of leads, replies, meetings, or revenue. Nothing on our marketing pages is a guarantee of results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption — including loss of a LinkedIn account or of contacts and message history within it.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms — in particular claims from LinkedIn, from recipients of your messages, or from data protection authorities concerning data you processed.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, for a breach of section 4, or if continuing to provide the service would expose us to legal risk. On termination your licence ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy. Sections 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms; if you don't, cancel before then.
14. General
These terms are the entire agreement between us on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or sale of assets. Questions: [email protected].
